Pets allowed if responsable cared (pets are not allowed at the swimmingpool area - pets are not allowed in Camere Piccolomini)

Cancellation policy:

For reservation cancelled 60 days before the date of arrival: no penalty will be applied

30 days before the date of arrival: penalty of 30% of the entire stay will be applied

7 days before the date of arrival: penalty of 50% of the entire stay will be applied

3 days before the date of arrival: penalty of 75% of the entire stay will be applied

Reservations must be cancelled at least 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of the entire stay
